DIY Doll Tea Bag Craft

Hello everyone! It's that time of year when the weather is getting colder, we have to stock up on hot teas and hot chocolate mixes! In today's craft, I will be showing you to make some tea bags for your doll! I used the TAZO Lemongrass Spearmint tea for reference.

 You will need:

A plastic bag
A spice (I used rubbed sage)
Matted/translucent tape
White thread
A spoon or funnel
A label

Cut off a small piece of plastic. I used the corner of the bag, because the bottom and one of the sides are already sealed.

Cover the plastic with matted tape. I used matted tape because most tea bags have a matted/translucent look. Remember to leave the top open! :)

Use a small spoon or funnel to put some of the spice into your bag.

Now you want to tape the top shut so the spices don't fly everywhere.

Tape a small piece of string onto your bag...

.....and then tape your label onto the other end!

 That's it! :)

 I hope you enjoyed! :)

What is your favorite thing to do during fall?

  4. Really cute idea, looks like a real tea bag!

  5. this is a very cute craft! it is perfect for fall!

  6. FABULOUS! Great brand to use for this craft - Tazo is really cool. However, their Earl Grey is a bit weird. The Awake blend is a favorite and Joy when available around the holidays. Really great craft...of course, we are a bit biased. ;-)

  7. Great craft! But- are you going to post anything else?
