It's that time again. Back to school.......and whether you're excited or not, here is something to get excited about: a giveaway! And not just one giveaway, but TWO!

I love the cover, and I love what's inside just as much.

This book is written with kids in mind, but even my mom enjoyed it.
It is great for people of all ages.
Proverbs 17:22 says: "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine:
but a broken spirit drieth the bones."

 Here's the thing:
You might sometimes get a little grumpy, you might complain or wish for things
you don't have. Maybe you have a problem with a friend that is bothering you.
Or, you might not think you have any stinkin' thinkin' at all,
but this book is still for you. Trust me! It will help you in more ways than you realize.

In this book, you will meet Sweetie, Stanky, Bruiser, and many other fun
characters that will help you along the way. (My favorite is Twiggy!)

There are many exercises you can try for yourself, so the book is very interactive.
Here is one of the exercises from the book that I made and I am still working on it.

This exercise was fun to do, and helps you get to thinking good smellin' thoughts!
For this exercise, you get a piece of poster board, cut out 3 big hearts, and write on them
"sweet smelling thoughts," "sweet emotions," and "I attracted..." Also, around the hearts, you are supposed to write good things, like goals you might have or things that bring you joy.
I don't want to tell you any more because you will have to check it out for yourself
at or by reading the book. But I will tell you that it really helps you become
aware of positive things throughout the day.
I have already accomplished a couple of the things I wrote down!

 This was my favorite exercise from the book, because it's colorful, and really encouraging!
Philippians 4:11 says: "Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content." This exercise really helped me be more content because it makes you
stop and notice the good and focus on that instead of the bad.

Here are some of the things I wrote down. Yours can be whatever you want.
And guess what, I already found out I get to start skating classes this summer, and I get to go on vacation
to our family reunion! And by writing these things down and keeping track, it helps you realize you
really do have a lot to be thankful for. When you start listing them, it makes you pay attention a lot more.

Getting back to the book, have you ever noticed how if you never payed attention to something before,
but then someone points it out to you, then you're like, "Oh yeah, that's true,
I hadn't noticed it until you said that." Then the next time it happens, you notice it because that person pointed it out to you.
That's what this book helps you with. Your negative thoughts will "expand" or seem worse the more you focus on them. And the same goes for "sweet smelling" thoughts.

Philippians 4:8 says: "....whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report, if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."
